You will need
    • pig's heart;
    • black pepper;
    • Bay leaf;
    • carrots;
    • onions;
    • leek;
    • potatoes;
    • beans;
    • cabbage.
Instruction

Cut pig's heart along and clean off the major blood vessels and films. Rinse under running water, try to remove clots.

Put a pot of water on the fire. If you are planning in the broth from the heart to boil vegetables, put it on another burner full kettle.

In boiling water put the pieces of the byproduct. No matter how well you washed the heart, but the foam of coagulated protein will be a lot. Boil the heart for ten minutes. Remove it from the broth and wash over boiled water from the kettle. Put on a plate.

Mix a couple tablespoons of good tomato paste with sour cream. Cream take at will, the bigger it is, the sauce will get softer. Cut into cubes, salted or pickled cucumber. Stir them into the sauce.
