Carrots. Carrots wash and peel, skip through the juicer. 500 gr. rice take 1 Cup of carrot juice. Dilute the juice with 3 cups of water and let it boil. Juice let go of washed rice and simmer until soft, 15 minutes. Then turn down the heat to low, pour in the rice 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil, salt, stir and closing the lid, allow to reach the rice for another 10 minutes.
Turmeric. 500 gr. rice use a quarter teaspoon of turmeric. The spice mix in hot oil, pour into it the rice. Mix well and add salt and 4 cups of broth or hot water. Mix again and steam the rice in a sealed cover on low heat for 25-30 minutes. Cookware for cooking use with a thick bottom, do not open the lid as the rice prepared mainly for a couple.
Saffron. 500 gr. rice 1 teaspoon of saffron threads. Soak saffron in half Cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Rice wash. In a saucepan pour the oil, when the oil is boiling, stir in the rice and saffron and salt, add 4 cups of broth and cook as in previous recipe.
