To configure the properties of the first sheet of drawing, go sequentially through the menu "Tools" —> "Options". You can also select the command "Settings in the current drawing" from the menu of the document window. Select "Current drawing" from the dialog that appears, make the required changes using the controls in the section "Settings of the first worksheet".

Call "document Manager" and make active object "Leaves". Click with the left mouse button on the corresponding page, the parameters of which are subject to change, or string. Under "Orientation" you will see an icon that shows the current page orientation. It is changed by clicking on the icon.

In the column "Format" is the designation of the current sheet format. You can do it by expanding the list and selecting a symbol. To select from a great set by the standard page sizes, call from the context menu "Format" or press the button with the same name, located on the "Toolbar". On the screen a dialog will appear, where you should enable the option "Custom". Enter the dimensions of the sheet, close the dialog. The values of the sides of the sheet appears in the column "Format".

To change the multiplicity, in the graph with the appropriate name, expand the list and select the desired value. Note that the multiplicity cannot be set if the non-standard sheet sizes.

The following graph is "Design". Here you will see the name used clearance sheet from an existing set. To choose a different design from the library by clicking its name in the appropriate box and specifying in the dialog you need.

If you need registration from different (not current) library, click with the left button of the mouse on the name located in the "Library design" or the button "Registration" on the "Toolbar". On the screen a dialog will appear where you will need to select the library.

If you want to see the result of your changes without collapse of the dialogue, click on the "Apply" button. Close the "document Manager" with saving the done changes and continue working, click on the "OK"button.

If you use the same design and format for pages greater part of the drawings, constantly make adjustments to be burdensome. In this case, click "Tools" —> "Settings" —> "New documents" —> "Graphic document" —> "Settings for the first sheet/sheets". Now set the properties for the future drawings of leaves, picking in the left part of the dialog box that opens points to "Design" and "Format".
Note
Document Manager - will display a window, where the first column will be the format. Click on it, a menu will appear and from it select.
Useful advice
Actually, the drawing templates are in Compass. When creating a drawing, you choose the format (A4, A3, etc.), then you can also change the format and orientation (horizontal or vertical). Further, under Current drawing, select the first sheet Options -> Format and specify the desired paper size (A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 or A0) and orientation (horizontal or vertical).
