You will need
- chicken;
- cream 500 ml;
- 100 grams of cheese;
- vegetable oil 50 g;
- 1 onion;
- garlic;
- spices to taste;
- greens.
Instruction
1
Chicken of medium size (1.5 kg) wash under running water. Remove excess skin. Dry it by wiping with towel or cloth. Then slice into small pieces.
2
Each piece carefully with salt and pepper. You can smear them with a small amount of soy sauce (or others, if desired). Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
3
In a deep frying pan pour a little vegetable oil. Finely chop one onion and sauté until translucent (about 10 minutes).
4
Remove marinated chicken pieces from the refrigerator and add to the pan with the onions. Simmer over medium heat (5-7 minutes), stirring constantly.
5
Then take 500 ml of cream (it is advisable to take the cream 35% fat, but 10%) and pour into the pan. Add salt, pepper and put spices to taste: curry, tarragon, thyme or others at your discretion.
6
On a coarse grater chop 100 g of the cheese and pour into the pan. For this dish it is better to buy hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan or cheddar). If you decide to use soft creamy cheese, it is better to freeze so that it's easier to grate.
7
Peel and wash a few cloves of garlic. Finely chop them or puree in chesnokodavilku. Add it to the pan. For more flavor, you can season the dish with fresh herbs: dill, parsley.
8
Then cover skillet and simmer chicken in a creamy cheese sauce to simmer until fully cooked (about 30 minutes).
Note
Going to the store for chicken, prefer steam, chilled bird. Frozen chicken, it is advisable not to buy as it may not be gentle, and maybe not even very fresh.
Useful advice
As a side dish, use rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
