Analyze what you like in your life and what you would like to get rid of. Divide the sheet into three parts. In the first column, list all the things and the things that bring you pleasure in everyday life: playing with dog, watching old Soviet cartoons, trips to the sea, delicious cinnamon rolls, buying appliances, etc. In the second part, note those phenomena that put you in depression or anxiety from what you would have gotten: boring work, excess weight or old car. And in the third part describe your dreams, what I wanted to do in life and that strive to get.
