To order the passport on the Internet, go to the portal of public and municipal services at www.gosuslugi.ru and log in to "my account". Here you should pass the registration procedure, which includes filling out a questionnaire, identification of mobile numbers and email addresses, check numbers SNILS and INN, as well as an order for obtaining your activation code for the account.

After filling in the form and procedures for verification of personal data, you will receive a notification that your e-mail address will be sent an activation code account. Within 2-4 weeks you will receive via mail a certified letter containing the activation code. Enter it on the website, then you will be granted access to the management services on the Portal of public services.

You can now login to "my account" and go to the section "E-services". Here go to the Federal migration service". You will see the selection menu of the application obtain a passport. Select the type of passportand complete the required forms and submit the application. After some time, your application will be processed and you will receive an email invitation to visit the Department of the FMS at the place of residence to complete the registration.
Note
You by e-mail after processing of Your application, you will receive an invitation from the staff of the FMS to report for submission of documents to the Department. To order a passport without visiting a branch will not work – you must personally submit the original required documents.
