Go to "start menu" to call up the main menu the MS Windows operating system, and then click Run. Start the tool "registry Editor".

Enter in the "Open" regedit, and then click "OK" confirming the command. By the way, before you make any changes to the registry, it is recommended to make a backup.

Find the registry branch HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, consistently go to the folder Software –> Microsoft –> Windows –> Current Version –> Policies –> Ratings, and then invoke by clicking the right mouse button context menu key.

If you incorrectly enter any data in one of the entries of the registry, it can lead to what may need to reinstall the entire operating system. So start working with the registry yourself, but only if you clearly believe that you never make a mistake.
