Complete your cover sheet. In the upper part should be written the name of University, Institute and Department. In the middle of the line write: "REPORT on educational (production) practice". Below, please indicate your surname, name and patronymic, as well as the group in which you learn. Even slightly below – surname, name and patronymic of its head of practice and his position.

List individual task for practice on the second page. Top enter the data again myself. At the bottom of the page, choose the time of issuance of the job, location and period of internship. Write down data on the head: surname, initials and position in the University.

Third page – content practices. It usually includes the introduction, the characteristic of the base practices, goals/objectives, content production, conclusion, bibliography and applications. How to accurately fill in the introduction part, you will explain to your head. Your task is to know how to do the report while working at the company.

Here is an example of the content of the diary: "During the practice have been passed the following subjects: Group 301. Lexical topic: My hobbies ("Hobbies"), Travelling ("Travel") and Days to remember ("Memorial days"). Grammar topics: Present Perfect ("Present perfect") and Modal Verbs ("Modal verbs"). Phonetic topics: the development of intonation in different types of sentences. In the course of the study were used the following types of work: reading and retelling of the texts, the performance of different phonetic and grammatical exercises, the construction of a monologic statements and compiling dialogues".

Learn the rules of design practice for your particular case. If you need to provide a brief summary, as shown above, then just simulate this example under the situation. But if the head will need to see your entire work from beginning to end, then write the reports after each lesson/assignments.
