When buying beans for sprouting please note that none of them were green, not ripe, infected with fungus, rotting, etc. Select high-quality material and pour a few tablespoons of wheat cold running water. Surfaced grain will remove – they are not suitable for sprouting.

Pour the wheat in porcelain, glass, ceramic or enameled pots, fill it with water level, cover with a clean cloth and put it in a warm place. 5-8 hours, drain the water in which the wheat was soaked – it can be harmful substances, including pesticides.

The grain to rinse until water is clear. Then re-fill the grain with clean water (very good to use silicon or silver water), just to cover the wheat. In a day you will see the appearance of small, size 1 mm, white sprouts; rinse them again, then mince or shalt in a mortar, pour boiling water or milk and let stand for 10 minutes.
