As glued serpyanku

Prepare the surface to reinforcement, thoroughly clean it of dirt and dust, degrease, remove stains and irregularities. If necessary, scuff and remove the old coating (old paint, Wallpaper, etc.) mechanically. If the surface is smooth, programsuite it to improve seizure.
