The form of the statement you can take in the territorial Department of the FMS of Russia in your city or download it on the official website of the Migration service at the link http://www.fms.gov.ru/documents/grazhdanstvo. The application is filled in 2 copies. You can fill it out by hand or by using technical means. In the first case, write clearly, without error. The answers to the questions , the statements should be detailed and exhaustive. Submit documents to the migration service you need personally, transmission via third parties is allowed only in extreme cases.

In the statement, specify the motives that prompted them to apply for citizenship of the Russian Federation; the data of your children and the spouse(-and); personal data (name; date of birth; gender; place of birth; citizenship at the time of filing of the application; nationality; obrazovanie; marital status). Next, write the data of all close relatives (parents, brothers, sisters, etc.), specify the labor activity over the last 5 years. Be sure to write the sources of livelihood, these include ZAR.fee income from deposits in banks, pensions, etc.; passport data and INN; address of residence; criminal record. List all the documents attached to your application.

The application is submitted to the territorial point of the migration service at the place of your registration. You will be given a certificate stating that your application has been accepted for consideration. It will be considered adopted from the day you provide all the required, properly executed documents. If you are unable to sign the application because of illiteracy or ignorance of the Russian language, it is signed by another person. The authenticity of the signature needs to be notarized.
Note
Some categories of persons can legally obtain citizenship in a simplified manner. Term of consideration of such applications is 6 months and is considered by the head of the territorial body of the FMS of Russia, when the General order term of 1 year and application will be considered by the President of the Russian Federation.
Useful advice
Provide with the application the following documents (in one copy): three photographs of the applicant or the person in respect of whom the application is submitted (size 3x4 centimeters), the receipt on state duty payment. If the provided document is not in Russian language, they are translated. The accuracy of the translation or the authenticity of the translator's signature must be certified by a notarial record.
