Some products tend to excite or calm the nervous system. So be sure to adjust your diet. Eliminate all sugar, canned foods, white bread, pastries, fizzy drinks and packaged juices. Include in the daily menu honey, dried fruit, nuts, fresh vegetables, fruits and berries, greens, cheese, eggs. Drink fresh juices, especially citrus.

Every morning start with charging the energetic music, and then take a contrast shower, and even better spill cold water. It relieves nervous tension, invigorates, and in a few minutes brings a sense of calm.

Before bed also take a shower. And, in addition, take warm foot baths. Add the water, 2 drops of peppermint essential oil. This herb relieves muscle tension and calms the nerves. And the flow of blood to the feet during the bath causes drowsiness, which is incidentally favored by the upcoming sleep.

Possible take yoga classes. Some exercises help to achieve maximum relaxation of body and soul. As a result the nervous system not only stabiliziruemost, but strengthened. Or engaged in any other sport: aerobics, dancing, swimming. Moderate exercise relieve stress and maintain muscle tone.

Watch comedies, Comedy programs, listen to good music, visiting beautiful places, go for a walk in the Park area and continue to strengthen your body and sport.
