Install on your PC program firewall. This is necessary in order to further determine the IP address of the computer to the owner which you need to send a file through Skype. To do this, open dialogs menu when running the installed Fairvale and select messages, and upload.

You can also just drag and drop in this window the desired item and click to send. After this launch main menu of your firewall and see what address was sent your file. It is available only in case, if your partner has confirmed receipt of the file, or had set their reception by default.

When defining the IP address through Skype make sure that your contact is not using a proxy server. In this case, to know the real address of the computer will be much harder than usual. You can try to find out the anonymizer with the search in the special online services, but not every proxy server provides the actual addresses of their users.

If, after learning the IP address via Skype, you also need then on its basis to learn the name or address of the user, contact the special services determine the service provider's IP address, for example, http://2ip.ru/whois/. Then, contact your ISP requesting information about a particular person.

Please note that for this you must have a good reason, otherwise, you will refuse to provide data about the client company. Usually sufficient reasons are receiving malicious files and programs from the user attempted hacking into your computer, other offences against you by this person. Often requires documentary proof of illegal actions against you by a client of the provider.
