To disable "Always on" connection, you can use a special USSD-command. To do this, enter your phone with the following combination of numbers: *105# and press call. Then select the number "3" - "Services", then "3" - "List of services". Next you need to find the above option and press, the corresponding. And then choose "Disable".

Disable service you can use the self-service system "Service-Guide". To do this, go to the official website of the company www.megafon.ru. In the upper right corner look for "Service Guide", click on it.

In the opened window, enter the ten digit phone number and password, which must consist of 4 digits, then click on the words "Log in". In some cases, the system may prompt you to enter a security code consisting of several letters.

In the page that opens on the left you will see a menu. Find the tab "Services & rates" click on it, select "Change services".

Check the box in front of a group of "Additional" find a service "Always on" and remove the label. Next, click on "change" and confirm your action.

Disable service you can use the telephone line service subscribers. To do this from your phone, dial a short number 0500, wait for a response operator. Calling the passport data of the owner of the account, you can disable or enable any of the options, including "Always on"connection.

If for any reason it is impossible to deactivate the service, contact the nearest office of the cellular operator "MegaFon". Preferably you should have a SIM card or passport. In that case, if the owner of the account are not you, then give the operator the power of attorney issued in your name.
