Get your employer workbook or a certified copy. If you temporarily don't work, the employment history should be on your hands. For those who have not yet found a job after graduation – a diploma or a graduation certificate from the last school.

Fill in the form, describing the work (study), as well as putting a residence in the last ten years. Glue the photograph to 3.5?4.5 mm. Put signature and seal on the application form the employer (for the unemployed – the employer from the last place of work, for students from the Dean).

You'll need to prepare the following documents:- passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation;- work book (diploma, certificate);- 4 photos 3.5?4.5 mm (best colored matte without corners);- the old international passport (if available);- a military card (for men);- a certificate from the military Commissariat (men under 27 years); receipt of payment of state duty.

Please note: minor children must also have biometric international passport of the new sample. This should collect the following documents:- birth certificate or passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation (and certified copies);- the passport of one of parents;- 4 photos 3.5?4.5 mm (best colored matte without corners);- the receipt on state duty payment.

Depending on the area in which you reside, refer to the application form and documents:- OUFMS of the city of Togliatti (the street South of the highway, the house 26; vol. 8 (8482) 39-00-78, 39-19-75;- the Federal migration service of the city of Togliatti (the Avtozavodskaya district, Prospekt Stepana Razina, house 16A; vol. 8 (8482) 32-59-50).

Contact at the appointed time in the FMS to ensure that you are photographed in a special cabin and took biometric data for issuing passports of the new sample.

As the biometric passport cannot be issued urgently, in advance take care of that issue. Term of manufacturing of the passportand 1 month.
