Turn your Android phone or tablet on which you want to transfer applications from your previous device. Make sure that the device is activated on your google account. To do this, simply go to "Settings" of your phone or tablet. "Settings" -> "Accounts" -> "Google".

Connect your device to the Internet. To do this in the "Settings" section, click the Connections tab. Select "Wi-Fi" because if you when porting applications will use the mobile Internet, you risk to spend the whole monthly limit of Internet traffic, and possibly more, which could lead to a pretty impressive bill for mobile services.

Open a web browser on the computer and in the address bar enter the following address: https://play.google.com/store
Click on the button "Login" located in the upper right corner. Enter your username and password from your Google account.

To go to the list of applications that you want to transfer it to another device, click on the "Applications" tab. Tab located at the top left of the page. On the opened page click on the tab "My apps". Now you have access to a list of games and applications installed on your device. Noteworthy: the list will include not only games that are installed on your device, but ones you have installed, but for some reason was removed.

Select the app you want to transfer it to another device by clicking on its icon or name. On the applications page, click the "Set". In the pop-up window, choose the phone/tablet on which you want to transfer game and click "Install". Now you can return to the previous page to select other applications to be transferred. And repeat the procedure.
Note
This transfer method is valid only for those games and apps that you installed from PlayMarket. On apps installed from third party sources this method does not apply.
Make sure that all your chosen application is successfully installed on your Android phone or tablet. Otherwise the phone will "try" to download it at first connection to the Internet, and if it's not a Wi-Fi connection and mobile Internet, it can lead to additional financial costs.
