military ID with marks of completion of military service by conscription or markings: "unfit for military service", "partially fit for military service";
- the passport with expired validity period, which is available in FMS for viewing and the copy;
work - book, an extract from the employment record for the last 10 years.

Fill the application form for a passport of the old sample it is possible by hand, but without corrections. In the biometric passport application form should be filled in capital letters in a special PDF file. The application form can be downloaded from the website of FMS.
