The drug "Ophthalmoferon" has a broad spectrum of activity, so it is prescribed for the treatment of many eye diseases. The drug is available in the form of eye drops. In 1 ml of "Ophthalmoferon" contains 1 mg diphenhydramine and 10 thousand IU of interferon Alfa-2a.
"Ophthalmoferon" prescribed for the treatment of hemorrhagic, adenoviral and herpetic conjunctivitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane of the eye), when tree-like, vesicular, petechial, cartoonish keratitis (inflammation of cornea), adenoviral and herpetic keratoconjunctivitis, adenovirus keratitis. The drug is used in the form of eye instillation (instillation).
Let the eye drops should be at room temperature. Too cold solution causes unwanted spasm of the eyelids.
