- Tree branch, scissors, foil, glue, a mixture of neon with a knife.

Find a suitable tree branch that you will need to create a magic wand Harry Potter.

Using a knife, clean it of excess wood and make a rounded with a narrow tip.

The handle wrap with foil and secure with glue.

Use a tube of neon to cover the wand to the handle. Allow to dry and see what color will gain the wand in the dark. That turned a real magic wand.
Note
Be sure to wash your hands after using neon. The magic wand is not necessary to do very sharp, if it is intended for a small child.
Useful advice
To wand glowed in the sun, wrap it completely with foil or paint, which sprinkle regular glitter. Use your imagination to make a magic wand like Harry Potter and even better.
