You will need
  • - 1.5 kg fresh beef;

  • - 1 head of garlic;
  • - 2.5 cups beef broth;
  • - 3 juicy markovina;
  • - 1,5 kg of potatoes;
  • - 2 ears of corn;
  • - 3 sprigs of fresh thyme;
  • - 1 sprig of fragrant rosemary.
In a pan heat a little oil. Cut the fat from the beef if there is one. Meat with salt and pepper. Then put in the pan and sauté over medium heat, then place on a plate.
Next in a pan put the bacon and sauté it a bit. Then cut it into slices put it on a separate plate. Onion and garlic wash, peel and finely chop. Then fry it a little.
Put the meat into the pan. Add beef broth, fragrant rosemary, and thyme. Bring all to a boil. Cover and leave to stew for 1.5 hours. During this time, wash the carrots and potatoes, peel them. Potatoes cut into large slices, and morkovina cut into slices. Corn, clean and cut into equal parts. Put all the chopped ingredients to the meat and cook for another 50 minutes.
The meat is then put into another bowl, cover with a lid. Into the pan, where stewed beef, add 1 Cup cold water, 2 tablespoons of flour and a little broth. Stir gently and simmer for 14 minutes. The resulting strain the sauce. Beef cut into medium pieces, pour the sauce on top and sprinkle with bacon. The dish is ready.
