You will need
- - 200 g of natural yoghurt;
- - 100 g cream cheese (you can substitute with cottage cheese);
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 5 g gelatin;
- - 150 g cookies;
- - 70 g of butter.
First thoroughly crush the cookies, to avoid lumps. You can use a blender. Put in a small bowl. To the crumbs add the butter.
Mix butter and crumbs until smooth. Then put everything in the form and press very tightly to the very bottom, will form a thin and smooth crust. Korzh put in the fridge.
In another bowl mix cream cheese with sugar, all carefully grind. Instead of cheese you can use cottage cheese, which previously had to be whipped in a blender.
In the hot water until dissolved, soak the gelatin. Let it cool off a little bit. To the cream cheese and sugar, add gelatin, which has cooled, and yogurt. Mix all until a homogeneous mass.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator and form pour the resulting mass. Next, place the cake in the fridge for 4 hours until it completely hardens. When the cake souffle is ready, remove it from the molds and serve.
This souffle goes well with berries and fruit that you can add a layer.
