The easiest way to register a third level domain is to create a site on free hosting while you will be able to register a subdomain by the host domain of the second level subdomain.domain.ru. You can choose the domain name of the third level, as appropriate to the theme of your site. It has one drawback - if you are planning to promote a site online and registering it with different tops and ratings, be prepared for the fact that some of the ratings and affiliate programs do not accept to participate sites that are on free domains of the third level.

Also, if you already have a private second-level domain and data plan in your hosting allows you to create a number of subdomains, you can log into your account and leave there a request for creation third-level domain, specifying the desired name. Within a few hours the domain will be ready to work and you will only need to register or to check your DNS settings for that domain and fill it with information.
