You will need
  • 500 g chicken fillet 2 cloves of garlic, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, juice of one lime, 2-3 cm ginger root, lemongrass (lemon grass), red pepper powder, vegetables (capsicum, green beans, asparagus, bamboo shoots).

Chicken fillet cut into thin strips.

Prepare marinade of lime juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, grated ginger, lemongrass and hot peppers. Add it to the fillets and leave to marinate from an hour to two hours.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan (best to take a wok) and fry the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes.

Add vegetables, remaining marinade (if it is not, you can add water or chicken broth) and simmer the dish until tender (15-20 minutes).

To serve as an independent dish or side dish. As a side dish best suited boiled rice, transparent rice noodles or green salad.
