Call the main system menu by pressing the "start" button and click "control Panel" to disable integrated webcam. Open the link "Printers and other hardware" and expand the "Scanners and cameras". Find the line and Menem built-in camera and expand this feature by double-click. Apply the checkbox in the row "off" and confirm saving the changes by pressing the OK button.

Return to the main menu "start" for the implementation of the alternative method of disabling the built-in web camera and open the context menu for "My computer" click right mouse button. Select "Properties" and go to the tab "Hardware" dialog box. Open the link "device Manager" and expand "Devices for image processing". Find the row with the name USB Video Device and call up its context menu by right-clicking the mouse. Enter the command "off" and confirm the selected action by pressing the OK button.

Laptops disabling and re-enabling built-in Webcams can be executed by simultaneously pressing the function key F and Fn.

Reboot the system and use the function key F8 (depends on computer model) to enter the BIOS mode. Navigate to secure boot and look for a tab or a string with the name Integrated Pereferia. Make sure that you do not select Integrated. It is also recommended to find your camera and specify Disabled. Save changes and again reboot the system to apply the selected action.

Disable the built-in webcam on a computer running Linux, you can run a special command modprobe -r uvcvideoв terminal.
